Few days ago I cooked some oven roasted eggplants 🍆 🍆🍆 and now it’s time to talk about why eating eggplants is healthy🤔 .
Eggplants or so called aubergines are high in fiber, low in calories (22kcal/100g) but rich in nutrients👍
